Refund policy

Jan store accepts eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unopened where hygiene seals apply, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Contact janstore@contact.com before sending any return so we can provide instructions. Items received damaged, defective, or incorrect should be reported promptly with the order number and clear photos. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
